Seneca County man charged with having sexual contact with child
Waterloo (WSYR-TV) – State Police have arrested a town of Waterloo man who they say had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 years old.
State Police charged 49-year-old Ronald Spoor with criminal sex act in the first degree.
He was arraigned in Town of Waterloo Court and taken to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
