Seneca County man indicted on murder charge in son’s death
Seneca County (WSYR-TV) -- A Seneca County man accused of murdering his son in 2008 was indicted by a grand jury Thursday.
Police believe Karl Karlsen killed his son, 23-year-old Levi Karlsen, and made it look like an accident for insurance money.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Department learned that Karlsen increased his son’s life insurance policy just days before Levi was crushed by a car he was working on.
