Oneida County (WSYR-TV) – A convicted sex offender has been arrested for the fourth time for violating New York’s sex offender registration requirements.

On Monday, Oneida County Sheriff’s Investigators responded to an anonymous call indicating that 67-year-old Ronald Snyder, a level 3 sex offender, was not residing at the address he told the Sheriff’s Office he was living at.

They arrested Snyder and charged him with failure to notify a change of address within 10 days, a class E felony.

It was Snyder’s fourth such violation.

He was arraigned in Town of Whitestown Court and taken to the Oneida County Correctional Facility without bail.
