Clay (WSYR-TV) -- The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says a series of incidents involving a man lurking outside homes or running through yards have been reported over the past few weeks at the Casual Estates Community in the town of Clay.
Authorities say several incidents have been reported during the late evening and early morning hours.
Despite search efforts, the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says they have not been able to locate any suspects.
Detectives encourage residents to report any unusual or suspicious activity by calling 911.
