LIVERPOOL (WSYR-TV) – The 2nd Annual Socci Stiletto Stampede
raised $8,000 to help in the fight against domestic violence and help an aspiring nurse go to college.
The 5k run/walk and stiletto dash was held in honor of Katie Socci of Auburn, who was killed by her ex-boyfriend two years ago.
Money raised will benefit Vera House
and go toward a nursing scholarship at Cayuga Community College, where Socci earned her nursing degree.
