Son of town justice in court to face charges of animal cruelty
Oriskany (WSYR-TV) - The son of a town justice was back in court in Oneida County on Wednesday to face charges that he allegedly abused two kittens.
19-year-old Joseph Sullivan was in Oriskany Village Court to answer for the animal cruelty charges.
Sullivan was found in a park with two kittens - one in a box - and the other with its paws wrapped together with tape, according to police.
Police say it happened in Whitestown, but Sullivan’s father is a justice there so the case was moved.
Sullivan is due back in court next month.
