Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – If you lost something at the State Fair, it may be at the State Police Barracks in North Syracuse.
Items left behind include lunchboxes, wallets, purses, clothing, cameras, cellphones and money.
With all that was left behind, troopers say it’s nice to know some people haven’t lost their honesty.
“There are some great citizens out there that will find - whether it's a dollar or $200 or whether it's laying in the middle of a parking lot or in a purse, they turn it over to the nearest trooper,” said State Police Spokesperson Jack Keller.
Anything that isn't claimed will be donated to charity.
If you lost something at the State Fair, you can head to the State Police Barracks located at 101 N. Constellation Way in North Syracuse on Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m.
