Wampsville (WSYR-TV) – The Sheriff’s Office has arrested two people they say were dealing heroin in Madison County.
Amber Epolito, 22, of Winton Street in Syracuse, has been charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both felonies.
Christopher Strauss, 24, of Wheeler Road in the town of Sullivan, has been charged with one count each of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.
They were arraigned on Monday in Madison County Court and then taken to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
They are scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
