Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse man has been charged with murder in the death of a man on South McBride Street.
Syracuse Police have charged Dion Robertson, 24, of 4908 South Salina St., Syracuse, with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
Police say witnesses identified Robertson as the suspect who drove a
car past Eric Walker and several other people on Nov. 18 and fired shots out of a driver’s-side window.
Robertson was arrested on Wednesday when he appeared in city court on a traffic charge.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
