Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened at around 6 p.m. on East Willow Street, near North McBride Street, on Friday.
Police say the victim was approached by a woman asking to use his cell phone. The victim let the woman use his phone, but police say he was then approached by a man from behind who pushed a sharp object into his back and demanded money.
The victim gave the suspects money before they fled the area towards North State Street, police said.
The victim was not hurt during the incident.
Suspect number one is described as a black man in his 20s. He was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans with the letters “SICO” on the right leg of the jeans.
Suspect number two is described as a black female, also in her 20s. She was wearing a red long sleeved shirt and jeans.
