Syracuse Police investigate double shooting on city's south side

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Two people were shot on Syracuse's south side Tuesday night.

The victims were discovered in the 200 block of Furman Street just before 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Police have identified the victims as 30-year-old Sharieff Bradley and 21-year-old Steven Huggins, both of Syracuse.

Huggins was shot multiple times and was transported to Upstate University Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery to treat a gunshot wound to his chest, according to police. He is currently listed in stable condition.

Bradley suffered a gunshot wound to the left leg and is expected to be okay.

No arrests have been made in connection with the shootings.
