Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Syracuse Police announced on Monday that they would turn over information regarding their investigation into sex-abuse allegations against former Syracuse men's basketball assistant Bernie Fine.

Police said they will turn over the materials on Tuesday.

Last week, the investigation was at the center of an exchange of hostile statements between District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick and Mayor Stephanie Miner after police compelled the DA's office to subpoena the materials.

Police also said they have moved on to a new phase in their investigation, with the US Attorney's Office and the US Secret Service taking the lead.
