Syracuse man arraigned on May murder charge
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse man who was arrested over the summer for a murder in May was arraigned in city court on Tuesday.
Police say 26-year-old Lynnquan Kellam was trying to rob two people on 54-year-old Arthur Bullock’s porch when the incident occurred.
They say Bullock had stepped onto the porch when a fight with Kellam broke out.
Kellam then shot Bullock in the head, according to police.
The 54-year-old man was transported to Upstate University Hospital after the incident, where he succumbed to his injuries.
