Syracuse man arrested on animal cruelty charge
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- A 42-year-old Syracuse man is facing an animal cruelty charge following an investigation earlier this month.
Richard Frazier was arrested Wednesday.
The DeWitt Animal Hospital notified police after a severely emaciated pit bull was dropped off at their location, which led to Frazier's arrest.
Frazier has been charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty for failing to provide proper sustenance.
