Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse man has been indicted in the murder of a man on South McBride Street last fall.

Dion Robertson, 24, of 4908 South Salina St., was indicted Thursday on a charge of murder in the second degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

Police say witnesses identified Robertson as the suspect who drove a car past 24-year-old Eric Walker and several other people on Nov. 18 and fired shots out of a driver’s-side window.

Walker died after being taken to the hospital.
