Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse man was indicted on a charge of second degree murder for the killing of Angel Olmo at a South Geddes Street gas station in August 2011.
In addition to second degree murder, Josue Gonzales was indicted on a charge of second degree criminal possession of a weapon.
According to the authorities, Gonzales, 29, of 405 Craddock St., shot Olmo several times in the gas station’s parking lot.
He was pronounced dead after being taken to Upstate University Hospital.
