Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Syracuse woman
who pleaded guilty to charges including second-degree vehicular manslaughter in an incident that left a North Side woman dead was sentenced on Tuesday.
Te Sa, 40, will spend two and one third to seven years in prison.
Sa had been drinking when she got behind the wheel on a March morning and crashed her car into a parked vehicle on East Division Street. When she tried to wrench her car free by rocking it back and forth, she pinned Anna Russo-Young to a wall.
The 41-year-old Syracuse woman died at Upstate University Hospital due to injuries she sustained in the incident.
