Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - NewsChannel 9 partnered with the Salvation Army for “Giving Hope,” a donation drive to help Central New Yorkers after the recent floods, and it was a big success.

The Salvation Army distributed the collected items at their distribution sites on Wilson Street in the city of Oneida, and on North Prospect Street in the city of Herkimer on Wednesday.
