Although this message may not be revelavant for this slot i did post a major question for the 9WSYR WEATHER TEAM on the article of NORTH POLE MAY BE ICE FREE DURING A SUMMER IN 10 YRS. The question has to do the the study of long term earth climates and what would happen to our poor earth in 100,000,000 yrs. READ THE QUESTION AND STUDY THE ENTIRE THING BEFORE THE WEATHER TEAM ANSWERS AS IT DOES FACTOR IN SOMETHING ELSE I DIDN'T MENTION JUST NOW...

Jim, Now that we have had our first frost any sign of the jet stream going north so we can have an Indian Summer? Or does it look like we will stay in this abnormally cold pattern and go right into an early winter? September was great but this first half of October has been brutal.

I was a wonderfull 3 day weekend to take a 100 mile round trip on the Erie Canal. It was real chilly in Fairport Monday Morning. The frost was heavy on the canvas top. 14 hrs of leaf peeping made it all worth while
