Oswego (WSYR-TV) – Oswego County Sheriff's Investigators have arrested a third person in relation to a home-invasion attempt that occurred on Tuesday at a Constantia apartment complex.

Kalvin Roe, 30, of 409 Whipple Rd. in Bernhard's Bay, has been charged with robbery in the first degree; burglary in the first degree, and criminal trespass in the first degree.

He has been charged alongside Jonathan Onn and David Martinez in conjunction with the home-invasion incident that escalated into violent confrontation between residents at the Waterwheel Apartment Complex and the alleged gunmen.

Roe was charged earlier in the week on a warrant stemming from an unrelated incident. He was found to be in the company of Martinez in Canastota.

Roe was arraigned in Oswego County Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.

Oswego (WSYR-TV) – The images of two men suspected in a home invasion incident in Constantia that escalated into a violent confrontation have been released.

On Wednesday, the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office has made two arrests as the result of an investigation into the alleged incident, which occurred on Tuesday.

22-year-old Jonathan Onn of 7040 Bruce Rd., Canastota, and 25-year-old David Martinez of 7585 Fulton Ave., Rochester, have been charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, and first-degree criminal trespass. Both men were arraigned in Scriba Town Court. Onn was sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond, while Martinez is being held on $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.

Both men were arrested in Canastota.
 
Sheriff’s Deputies say the investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible. Anyone with information on the incident should call the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office at (315) 349-3411.
