Thruway accident cleared
Van Buren (WSYR-TV) - A truck accident blocked the right lane of the New York State Thruway eastbound near the Town of Van Buren interchange for several hours on Friday morning.
The accident caused significant delays throughout the morning.
The accident happened at mile marker 294 when a tractor-trailer drove up on to a cement barrier around 6:15 a.m. The cause of the accident has yet to be released.
