Traffic stop leads to drug arrest in Oswego
Oswego (WSYR-TV) -- Police in Oswego say they discovered 44 bags of heroin and a small amount of marijuana in the possession of an Oswego man during a traffic stop Tuesday.
27-year-old Ryan M. Hilton was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Hilton is being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond. He’s due back in court on December 4.
Oswego City Police are asking anyone with information regarding this or any other illegal drug activity to call them at 342-2283.
