Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Two Syracuse men were arrested Thursday in connection with multiple bank robberies in just a matter of months.
Brandon Rothenburgh, 34, and James Nicholson, also 34, are accused of holding up two banks in the Monroe County town of Gates, as well as the
Bank of America on Grant Avenue in Auburn.
Investigators say the men wore disguises and rubber gloves when they went to the banks. Then, they vaulted over the teller counter and demanded cash.
Rothenburg and Nicholson both face 20 years in prison.
