Scriba (WSYR-TV) – Two people in the town of Scriba have been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.
The Oswego Police Department arrested Andrew J. Miller, 52, and Heidi E. Walters, 47, both of 31 Hayfly Road.
Multiple agencies assisted in a search of the home around 5:30 Friday morning. Police say they found 3 ounces of methamphetamine oil along with materials used in the manufacturing of meth.
Police say a 13-year-old was in the house at the time of the search.
Miller and Walters were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, manufacturing methamphetamine, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Both were arraigned in Scriba Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail without bail. They are due back to Scriba Town Court on October 18.
