Two hospitalized after separate bicycle crashes
Ithaca (WSYR-TV) -- Two people are in the hospital after two separate crashes involving bicycles.
The first accident happened Friday morning on Stone Quarry Road in Ithaca. A 66-year-old bicyclist from Ithaca is in critical condition.
Friday night, a 51-year-old from Newfield lost control of his bike near the intersection of Water Street and Giles Street. The victim was flown to the hospital where he is in serious condition.
Police are still investigating what caused the crashes.
