UPDATE: Arrest made in shooting at Quick Fill Express in Syracuse
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse police have arrested 19-year-old Rahmel Griswold of Syracuse for a gas station shooting.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Friday night at the Quick Fill Express in the 2900 block of East Genesee Street.
Police say when they arrived on scene, they found a 25-year-old man had been shot after being involved in a fight inside the store.
The man was taken to Upstate Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
A short time later, police were called to Crouse Hospital where they found Griswold, who was also shot during the same incident.
His injuries were not life threatening.
Griswold was later arrested for the shooting and charged with felony assault and possession.
He is expected to be arraigned tomorrow in Syracuse City Criminal Court.
