University Avenue now a two way street
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Drivers in the Syracuse University Hill area will need to get used to a change at University Avenue.
On Tuesday, crews completed a project that will make the much-used street two ways.
The project was the first phase of the city’s Connective Corridor plan.
It cost $5.5 million in grants and tax money.
