Utica Police respond to yet another case involving bath salts; fourth in a week

Utica (WSYR-TV) -- Utica police responded to another bizarre incident involving bath salts Monday morning. The incident, which happened in the 1200 block of Mary Street, is the fourth case in less than a week.

Authorities say a 21-year-old woman trespassed onto a stranger’s property and was hysterical from hallucinations. They say she was screaming that someone was going to hurt her while pointing at people who weren’t even there.

The woman was taken to the hospital where she admitted to eating bath salts.
