Utica man charged with sex crimes involving child
Utica (WSYR-TV) – A Utica man has been arrested on charges that he sexually abused a child under the age of 11 over the course of approximately two years.
The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office arrested Luis Ricardo Diaz, 51, and charged him with sex abuse in the first degree, a felony.
He was arraigned in Utica City Court and taken to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $40,000 cash bail.
