Utica woman accused of slashing man with box cutter after smoking crack cocaine

Utica (WSYR-TV) – Utica Police have arrested a woman on charges that she slashed a man with a box cutter after smoking crack cocaine.

Police charged 50-year-old Willie Pounds of Oneida Street with assault in the second degree, a felony.

They say that in October, Pounds and her 55-year-old victim were smoking crack together at Ropewalk Apartments when she accused him of stealing her cell phone and slashed him in the armpit with the box cutter.
