Oneida County (WSYR-TV) -- Another victim has come forward, accusing 27-year-old Glenn Wallis of rape.
Wallis, of Vernon Center, was arrested on Monday and is facing multiple rape and criminal sex act charges -- class E Felonies.
Wallis is being held at the Oneida Jail on $30,000 cash bail.
Both victims are being helped by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
