The Speach Family Candy Shoppe in Syracuse has reopened after being closed for four weeks due to water damage.
Last month, the shop’s ceiling collapsed and water damaged offices and a portion of the store.
The shop’s owner has been working around the clock for the past several weeks to clean, repair and reopen the store just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Repairs will continue for the next several weeks, but customers will still be able to visit the store, place orders online or call in orders.
The Speach Candy Shoppe, which specializes in hand-made chocolates, has been in business for 93 years.
