Waterloo (WSYR-TV) – A Town of Waterloo man is facing sex charges involving an 8-year-old child.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office has charged Tony Edwards, 34, with two counts of criminal sexual act in the first degree and two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, both felonies, as well as one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in Town of Waterloo and released. An order of protection was issued.
He is scheduled to reappear in Waterloo Town Court on Oct. 11.
