Webster Firefighters released from hospital
ROCHESTER, NY - Two Webster firefighters hurt in a Christmas Eve shooting are at home with their families.
According to our sister station WROC-TV, Joseph Hofstetter and Theodore Scardino were released from Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester Saturday afternoon.
Both have been there since Christmas Eve, when police say William Spengler shot them while they responded to a fire.
Two other Webster firefighters, Michael Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka were killed.
