West Edmeston man charged with rape in Oneida County
Oneida County (WSYR-TV) – An investigation into a sexual assault in 2011 has led police to charge a West Edmeston man.
Dean Zabele, 47, was charged with rape in the third degree, a felony.
He was arraigned in Village of New York Mills Court and taken to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
