West Genesee student pleads guilty to botched bomb threat

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A West Genesee High School student is facing five years’ probation after she admitted to writing a bomb threat on the wall of a bathroom stall.

16-year-old Michayla Kelly pleaded guilty on Thursday.

Kelly was one of two students charged in connection to threats made on consecutive days at West Genesee.

17-year-old Justin Clayton was charged with a similar threat made on the previous day.
