East Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Management at Hofmann’s Hot Haus in East Syracuse has confirmed that it will soon close.
They say the restaurant will close its doors the first week in August after the owners declined to renew their lease.
The restaurant has served its famous Hofmann franks and snappies for years.
The location in Mattydale will remain open, leaving only one remaining. A Fairmount location closed several years ago.
