Clay (WSYR-TV) - Last year, an apartment house, auto repair business and a roofing business were all torn down on Buckley Road in Clay. Today, the debris remains, but sometime next year it will become the area's newest B&C Self Storage.
B&C's Bruce Pollak says he had hoped to complete the project this year, but the economy and a tighter lending environment made it impossible for him to get the money he needed to pull it off. Pollak says the plans are in place, though, for a 50,000 square-foot B&C storage operation next year.
Work at the site may start this fall.
