Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police say a 21-year-old man was attacked and robbed of his wallet and cell phone Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of Third Avenue. Thanks to witnesses, police say they were able to quickly apprehend the suspects.

Witnesses kept the suspects in sight and called 911, which helped police in their search.

Upon officer arrival, bystanders were able to provide a description of the suspects and helped officers pinpoint their location at a nearby apartment building.

The suspects, 19-year-old Kavon Delee and 17-year-old Stacey Jackson will be arraigned on robbery charges Friday.

The victim did not seek medical attention, police said.
