Woman accused of buying guns used in Christmas Eve ambush has case pushed back
Rochester (WSYR-TV) - The woman accused of lying on an application for guns that were later used in a Christmas Eve ambush near Rochester was in federal court Tuesday.
Police say 24-year-old Dawn Nguyen lied, saying the guns were for her own use.
But according to police, Nguyen bought the guns for William Spengler Jr. who later used them to shoot and kill two West Webster firefighters, and injure another two.
In court Monday, Nguyen's case was pushed back to allow her lawyer to review certain statements.
