Rochester (WSYR-TV) – A Rochester mother who set a fire that killed four of her children was sentenced to seven to 15 years in state prison on Tuesday.

In December, Bobbie Kugler admitted that she ignited the blaze when she was burning pictures of her boyfriend in her Grape Street home and tossed them into a drawer full of combustible materials.

She said she had drunk four or five 40-ounce bottles of malt liquor and downed a handful of sleeping pills before setting the fire.

The fire killed 14-year-old Gage Reavey; 13-year-old Greg Kugler; 12-year-old Kandee Kugler; and 6-year-old Kaiden Kugler.

She pleaded guilty to manslaughter, assault and arson.
