Baby rattles recalled
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – 25,000 baby rattles are being recalled by the Lee Carter Company due to a choking hazard.
The Califorinia-manufactured toys have handles small enough to fit into a child’s throat that violate Federal standards.
The rattle’s is composed of multi-colored woven plastic with a bell inside. “Lee Carter Company” is printed on a tag at the end of the handle.
The rattles were sold at various specialty craft stores from Feb. 2001 through October of last year.
