CDC: “Super Bug Alert”
The Centers for Disease Control is warning about an increase of rare, drug-resistant “super bugs.”
The CDC says the bugs don't respond to most antibiotics, and can stay in your system for up to a year.
Most people who catch a drug-resistant “super bug” are already on antibiotics and getting medical treatment for another condition.
