New research in the Journal of the American Medical Association finds taking SSRIs like Zoloft does not increase risk of having a stillborn child or losing an infant early in life.
Hundreds of thousands of children and moms took part in the study.
Researchers suggest careful consultation with the doctor before a decision is made.
