The recalled Dole American Blend Salad affects 10 states in Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
Consumers who may have Dole American Blend Salad currently in the refrigerator should check the product coded a275208a or b, with use-by-date of October 17, and UPC 7143000933.
It applies to 12 ounce bags.
No illnesses have been linked to the lettuce; this was a voluntary recall.
