Hopewell, N.Y. - A man from Sodus faces charges after police say he fell asleep at the wheel and crashed his car Tuesday.

They say 33-year-old Jeremy Grady drifted off Route 21 north of Canandaigua and crashed into a utility pole -- sending live power lines down onto his car.

After the power was shut off, he was pulled from his car and flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital.

Police later found his license had been revoked twice and cited him.
