Hydrofracking Study Expected to Miss Major Deadline
Albany, N.Y. - Governor Andrew Cuomo says a health study on hydrofracking won't be finished by November 28.
That's the deadline the state has been facing on an environmental impact study. It would be used in drafting new regulations for fracking.
Cuomo says he sees no way the panel can finish on time.
The group has been working on the study since 2008.
