Kerry Confirmation Possible Today
Washington - Massachusetts Senator John Kerry could be confirmed as the next Secretary of State as early as today.
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee is likely to vote on Kerry's confirmation Tuesday morning, January 29.
The full Senate could confirm him later in the day.
