Rochester, N.Y. - A man accused of inappropriately touching the feet of young girls at book stores is back in court after being found mentally competent to stand trial.
Anthony Perri is scheduled for a hearing to see if his case can be settled without a trial
He is charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
