Medicaid Enrollment Increases
New York State - The number of New Yorkers enrolled in Medicaid has gone up significantly over the last year.
According to state estimates, more than 157,000 people have signed up since December of last year.
That means more than 5 million New Yorkers are enrolled in the program.
New York's Medicaid program is the most expensive in the country.
